Ararat Mirzoyan to Make Working Visit to Brussels
From January 23 to 25, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will be in Brussels for a working visit. This was reported by the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vahan Hunanyan, on his Facebook page.
During the visit, Mirzoyan will deliver a speech at the European Parliament's Committee on Foreign Affairs, where he will address issues of stability and security in the South Caucasus, the humanitarian crisis created by the blockade of the Lachin corridor in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Armenia-Azerbaijan normalization process, and Armenia-EU cooperation. The Foreign Minister will also respond to questions from members of the European Parliament.
As part of his visit to Brussels, Minister Mirzoyan will hold meetings with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell, and Belgian Foreign Minister Hajja Lahbib.
