According to him, for the first time in history, official Yerevan and official Stepanakert have disagreements regarding the fate of Artsakh, with official Stepanakert insisting that Artsakh cannot be part of Azerbaijan, while official Yerevan makes no such statement.

In his speech, the MP specifically mentioned, 'For the first time in history, official Yerevan said that Russia and the Russian military base are a threat to Armenia. For the first time, Armenia declined to hold CSTO exercises here. Armenia also rejected the CSTO aid package, which included the provision of arms to Armenia,' Mamijanyan outlined.
