Ned Price Suggests Addressing Armenian Government on Armenia-Russia Relations

U.S. State Department spokesperson Ned Price addressed the issue of pressures from Russia on Armenia and the question of Armenia's joining the Union State during a recent press briefing.

The question specifically mentioned: "Armenia has refused to accept the military exercises led by Russia. Previously, we also heard that Armenian officials spoke about how Russia is trying to pull them into the Belarus-Russia Union. Is this what you perceive Russia is attempting to do in the South Caucasus?"

In response, Price recommended reaching out to the Armenian government to understand their position.
