Russia Will Strengthen Its Defense Capacities, Says Putin
In 2022, Russia did not experience anything that its opponents had predicted for the country. This was announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with government members. He also expressed gratitude to the Cabinet of Ministers and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin for their efforts. This was reported by Life.ru.
“None of the scenarios predicted by our enemies have materialized. This has primarily been made possible thanks to the citizens of Russia, our composure, and our willingness to work under difficult conditions. It is also a result of the government's efforts,” emphasized the head of state.
The President highlighted that additional budget revenues allow for the resolution of all current issues. He added that the Russian Federation will enhance its defense capabilities and resolve all supply-related issues concerning the units involved in the special operation, while at the same time continuing the implementation of wide-ranging socio-economic plans.
Earlier, in a conversation with journalists, the President stated that overall, Russia navigated 2022 quite confidently, despite pressure from the West. The country's leader expressed confidence that the nation will achieve all its objectives.
