Bayramov on Meeting with Blinken and Mirzoyan
Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov made a post on his Twitter account regarding the meeting held the day before in Washington with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan:
“At the initiative of U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken, I met with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan in Washington. I once again reaffirmed Azerbaijan’s commitment and readiness for the prompt signing of a peace agreement and called for refraining from actions that would disrupt the process,” wrote Bayramov.
It is worth noting that following the trilateral meeting, the Armenian Foreign Ministry has already issued an official statement, while the U.S. State Department published Antony Blinken's opening remarks ahead of the negotiations.
