Employee of Artsakh Permanent Representation in Armenia Charged with State Treason
On May 25, 2022, a criminal case was initiated by the National Security Service of Artsakh regarding the alleged commission of state treason by an employee of the Artsakh Permanent Representation in the Republic of Armenia. The Artsakh Prosecutor's Office reports that, based on the results of the preliminary investigation, a citizen of Artsakh, identified as A.H., has been charged by the investigator of the Artsakh Investigative Committee under Part 1 of Article 310 of the Artsakh Criminal Code for the alleged crime. The criminal case has been sent to court with an accusatory conclusion.
