Kadyrov Suggests 'Skirt Wearing' for Those Leaving Russia
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has advised those leaving Russia to wear skirts and change their names to feminine ones. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
"I do not understand those who leave their homeland in difficult times and go abroad. I suggest that such people wear skirts and change their names to women's names. Although even women in our history have bravely fought alongside men until the end," Kadyrov stated during a speech.
Kadyrov added that only partial mobilization has been announced in the country, but it is enough for every person to fulfill their duty and to offer their combat skills.
