Mirzoyan Presents Details of Azerbaijani Military Aggression to US Co-Chair
On October 2, during a working visit to Geneva, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with Philip Reeker, the US Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group and senior advisor on Caucasus negotiations. This was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Minister presented the details of Azerbaijan's recent military aggression against Armenia's sovereign territory, emphasizing the need for clear actions from international partners to mitigate the consequences and prevent new aggressions, including the implementation of international mechanisms.
Addressing the war crimes committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces with particular cruelty, for which videos have been widely disseminated by the Azerbaijani side on social networks, Minister Mirzoyan stressed that the Armenian side will make every effort to hold the perpetrators accountable.
During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed several issues related to regional security and stability and exchanged views on Armenian-Azerbaijani relations and the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
