North Korea Fires Ballistic Missiles, Reports Say
South Korea has once again detected the launch of North Korean ballistic missiles towards the Sea of Japan, according to South Korean news agency Yonhap.
According to the source, South Korean military officials are attempting to determine the missile's range, altitude, and speed, which were observed late Saturday night.
Previously, on Wednesday and Thursday, North Korea also fired short-range ballistic missiles at a maximum altitude of 50-30 kilometers, with a range of 300-350 kilometers.
On Sunday, September 25, North Korea also launched a ballistic missile for the first time since June 5 of this year.
This latest missile launch from North Korea comes amid anti-submarine exercises conducted by South Korea, the United States, and Japan.
