Baku Calls on Yerevan
Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a statement urging the authorities in Armenia to take "real steps to establish peace in the South Caucasus, rather than engaging in a simulation of the negotiation process." This was reported by the Russian news agency RIA Novosti.
"Armenia must finally stop the simulation of the negotiation process and take real, constructive actions. There is no alternative to peace in the region," stated the foreign ministry of the country whose army conducted aggression against Armenia's sovereign territory two weeks ago.
