Video: One of the Missing Has Made Contact; Currently, We Have 2 Missing, 16 Dead, Says Minister
At present, we have 16 fatalities, of which the identities of 15 have been confirmed. One of the missing individuals has made contact. This means that there are currently two people unaccounted for. This was reported by Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Pambukhchyan.
