Agreement Reached in Negotiations: What’s Known About Baghdasaryan

During the night, there has been relative calm. It seems that an agreement has been reached during negotiations, wrote Edik Baghdasaryan, the editor-in-chief of the news outlet Hetq, on his Facebook page.

“If, of course, the Azerbaijanis do not violate the agreements, our side should build a bypass road around Berdzor by the end of the month and hand over Berdzor. It is a three-kilometer section of road, and until the construction of the Kornidzor road, the connection with Armenia will be through that route,” wrote Baghdasaryan.
