Strike Initiated in the Metro: Details
Dear fellow citizens, the Yerevan Metro has been out of service since six in the morning. This was announced in a post on Facebook by Levon Sardarjan, the head of the Yerevan Mayor's Office press service.
He specifically noted that the drivers have gone on strike, demanding a salary increase. Currently, the Metro administration is in negotiations with the strikers in an effort to resolve the situation and restore normal operations of the Metro.
