Temperatures Set to Rise

The high fire danger situation will continue in the valley and pre-mountainous areas of the Republic. This information has been reported by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

In Yerevan, from July 26th during the day and from July 27th to 31st, dry weather is expected. In the evening hours, wind intensification is anticipated at a speed of 16-20 m/s.

In the territories of the Republic, on July 26-27 and 30-31, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in some regions after noon. No precipitation is anticipated from July 28-29. Winds will be from the southwest at 2-5 m/s. In Armavir, and in the foothills of Ararat and Kotayk, wind intensification of 16-21 m/s is expected in the evening hours.

The air temperature is expected to gradually rise by 4-6 degrees from July 26-29.
