Twitter to Sue Elon Musk

The chairman of Twitter's board, Brett Taylor, has announced that the company plans to sue American entrepreneur Elon Musk to enforce the completion of his acquisition deal.

It should be noted that Musk terminated the agreement to buy Twitter for $44 billion. Reports indicate that the company failed to meet several obligations outlined in the agreement, including not providing complete information that could demonstrate the share of fake accounts. These accounts are used for mass distribution for advertising purposes.
