Arthur Ghazinyan's Resignation Brings Joy to the ARF: 'Iravunk'
'Iravunk' reports that Armenia parliamentary member Arthur Ghazinyan submitted his resignation from the National Assembly on July 6. If he does not withdraw his resignation in writing within a week after its announcement, the President of the National Assembly will issue a statement regarding the matter. If he does not retract his resignation, a protocol will be prepared to terminate his powers, which will again be signed and published by the President of the National Assembly.
However, according to 'Iravunk' information, a rather joyful atmosphere prevails within the ARF, which is part of the 'Hayastan' bloc, even before the week is over. The reason is that ARF Supreme Body member Arghishti Gevorgyan will take Ghazinyan's place in parliament. Thus, as the foundations of the 'Hayastan' bloc weaken, the ARF becomes more solid in the National Assembly.
