During Meetings with Pashinyan, Loyalists Are Being Subjected to ‘Checks’: ‘Hraparak’
The ‘Hraparak’ newspaper reports that during meetings with Prime Minister Pashinyan and the My Step Alliance (MSA) parliamentary faction, loyalists have started to be subjected to ‘checks.’ This is akin to what is done in prisons when drugs and mobile phones are searched. This practice has caused surprise, if not outrage, within the MSA.
Instead of requesting that all recording devices be surrendered before meeting with the Prime Minister, Pashinyan's bodyguards are entering the room and checking who has phones, tablets, or Apple Watches that could be used to record the meeting, confiscating them from attendees. It is clear that Pashinyan no longer trusts anyone.
