Lavrov Makes Statement After Meeting with Aliyev
Moscow is ready to support the joint efforts of Baku and Yerevan in clarifying the common border and has specific proposals in this regard. This was reported by Lenta.ru, referencing the statement made by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during his meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
According to Lavrov, Russia can provide advisory services to the two commissions established by both sides for delimitation and demarcation purposes. He also promised to facilitate the unblocking of transport communications in the region, noting progress in this direction.
