No Official Response from Baku: Deputy Foreign Minister on Peace Treaty with Azerbaijan
During a briefing with journalists in the National Assembly, Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan addressed the six points proposed by the Armenian side for a peace treaty with Azerbaijan, stating that there has been no official response from Baku.
“We have not heard any official response, despite various speculations and reports in the media,” said Hovhannisyan.
He emphasized that the purpose of the negotiations is to align the approaches of both sides. However, the success of this endeavor will be revealed as the negotiations progress.
When asked if negotiations on this topic are expected to take place in the near future, Hovhannisyan noted that there is currently no specific date set for the discussions.
