Italian Prime Minister Expects Most Effective Phase of Sanctions Against Russia in Summer
Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi stated during a press conference following the EU summit that the most effective phase of sanctions against Russia is anticipated to occur in the summer.
"This does not mean that there will be a peak in the summer, it means that the most tangible effects will begin in the summer," he was quoted by TASS.
Previously, Croatian President Zoran Milanovic had declared that the sanctions against Russia are not working, noting that Russia has not felt the financial impact of the Western restrictions.
