Lavrov Claims American Biological Laboratories Exist in Armenia
American-funded biological laboratories are located in Armenia, Kazakhstan, and Central Asian countries, with Moscow discussing this issue with its neighbors both bilaterally and through the CSTO. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in an interview with RT Arabic.
According to him, Russia has signed or plans to sign memoranda of cooperation in the field of biological security with almost all CIS countries. The documents include mutual information on how biological programs are evolving in each country.
“These memoranda imply mutual visits and familiarization with the activities of laboratories. Additionally, it is stated that there should be no third-party military representatives in any of our biological facilities,” Lavrov explained.
