On What Grounds Will Russia Negotiate with the U.S.? - Zakharova

Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, announced that Russia is ready for dialogue with the U.S., but only on equal and reciprocal grounds, which Washington has not shown willingness to engage in.

"We do not shy away from dialogue and are ready to negotiate, but strictly on equal terms," Zakharova stated. She pointed out that there are no signs of such willingness from Washington. According to Zakharova, the American side is doing everything to complicate the operations of Russian foreign representatives in the U.S. "We once again call on Washington to think about the consequences," said the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
