Erdogan: 'A Country That Does Not Produce Its Own Weapons Can Be Enslaved at Any Moment'
The President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, stated that a country that does not produce its own weapons can be enslaved at any moment. Anadolu reports.
"The crisis in the relations between Ukraine and Russia reaffirms that if you are not standing on your own technologically, if you do not rely on domestic human capital, then you are on the edge of a cliff. A country that does not produce its own weapons, domestically-made drones, can be attempted to be enslaved at any moment," said the Turkish leader.
He emphasized that "Turkey today produces a wide range of high-tech products, from ballistic missiles to software."
