Putin and Macron Hold Phone Conversation
Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron have held a phone conversation regarding the situation in Ukraine. This was reported by RTVI, citing the Kremlin press service.
Recall that on the early morning of February 24, President Putin announced that he had made a decision to conduct a special military operation in Ukraine, following requests for assistance from the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) and the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). In a televised address to the Russian people, he stated that the circumstances demanded decisive and immediate actions.
