What Kyiv and Moscow Have Agreed
Kyiv and Moscow have agreed to conduct negotiations behind closed doors in order to "at least reach some kind of agreement." This was stated by David Arakhamia, a member of the Ukrainian delegation, as reported by TASS.
It is noteworthy that earlier, Mikhail Podolyak, an advisor to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, had mentioned that the Russian Federation's stance in the negotiations is rigid, just as Ukraine's position is, thus making the negotiations challenging. However, they will continue.
