The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has denied that the Ukrainian delegation will present Deputy Foreign Minister Nikolai Tochitsky in negotiations with Russia. This was stated on Sunday by Oleg Nikolenko, the ministry's press secretary, in response to corresponding reports from Ukrainian media.
“Ukraine is open to negotiations to stop Russia's armed aggression.
