“There are times when citizens are better than the government”: Zelensky on Georgia

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, has commented on the rally held in Georgia, where participants demanded the resignation of Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili due to his statement regarding the country's non-participation in sanctions against Russia.

“The Georgian people are incredible; they understand the importance of supporting friends. I am grateful to everyone in Tbilisi and other cities who have expressed their solidarity with Ukraine and against the war. Indeed, there are times when citizens are better than the government,” Zelensky wrote on his Twitter page.
