Roscosmos Suspends Cooperation with European Partners
Roscosmos, in response to EU sanctions, is suspending cooperation with European partners regarding the organization of launches from the Guiana Space Centre in French Guiana. This was reported by TASS, citing a statement from Dmitry Rogozin, the Director General of Roscosmos.
“In response to the EU sanctions against our enterprises, Roscosmos is terminating cooperation with European partners on organizing space launches from the Guiana Space Centre and on withdrawing its technical personnel from French Guiana, including the launch coordination team,” Rogozin wrote on his Telegram channel on February 26.
At this time, Roscosmos added, the issue of the Russian employees' departure is being addressed.
