Another Earthquake in the Armenia-Georgia Border Area
On February 19, at 21:19 local time (17:19 GMT), the seismic network of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia recorded an earthquake in the Armenia-Georgia border area, 14 km northeast of the village of Bavra, at geographical coordinates of 41.16° N latitude and 43.97° E longitude, with a depth of 10 km and a magnitude of 2.5.
The intensity of the underground shock in the epicentral zone reached 3 points.
The earthquake was felt in the villages of Bavra in Shirak Province and Metsavan in Lori Province with an intensity of 2-3 points.
