Vladimir Bondarenko, a travel blogger, was assaulted by a security staff member at the "Puly" café in the Sheregesh ski resort. The blogger has contacted the police regarding the incident, as reported by the Telegram channel Shot.
In an interview with the media, the blogger stated that he suffered a broken rib and a damaged lung due to the assault. He explained that the conflict arose because he entered the establishment with his own tea. The security staff requested that he immediately remove his "samovar" (a traditional Russian teapot).
Video footage shows the security guard initially speaking to Vladimir with his hands in his pockets. According to the footage, the blogger's behavior and words provoked the security staff, leading to a brutal assault on him.
The café management insists that Vladimir's "guilt" was not about bringing tea. According to café staff, he was intoxicated and played loud music, causing him to anger the security guard after receiving a warning.
