Buses will depart from Stepanakert to visit the Yerablur military pantheon on January 28 at 06:00. This information was provided to Artsakhpress by Armen Asryan, the president of the "Union of Relatives of Soldiers Fallen and Missing in the Third Artsakh War."
"Those interested can apply at the office of the Union of Relatives of Soldiers Fallen and Missing in the Third Artsakh War (address: 1st floor of the Culture and Youth Palace) or call 077267872," Asryan noted, adding that each family can register two individuals until January 26 at 13:00.
