PCR Testing Without a License? "Fact"

"Fact" newspaper reports that in recent days, it has received several alerts from residents of the Lori region regarding COVID-19 PCR testing. Specifically, citizens have mentioned in conversations that they took a PCR test at the "Lorimed" medical center before October 1, receiving confirmation documents, but the Armed system did not recognize the QR code.

People have called the health ministry's hotline, where they were informed that the "Lorimed" medical center does not have a license for COVID-19 PCR testing. Moreover, we have information that employees from various organizations in Vanadzor are systematically taking PCR tests there.

Citizens who reached out to us also noted that many people choose this medical center for their PCR testing due to its lower cost compared to other clinics, priced at 6,000 drams. We contacted "Lorimed" medical center, whose director, Karen Adamyan, told "Fact" that the system indeed did not recognize the QR code.

“But there is an interesting thing; I am entering the code right now, and it seems to be recognized and read,” said Adamyan. “We have something to clarify with the health ministry, and we will definitely resolve this together,” he noted.

In response to our clarifying question about whether there are indeed issues concerning the license, the center's director added, “We will clarify this on Monday or Tuesday.”

Agreeably, the situation is indeed strange. Is there a guarantee that other medical centers in different regions are not simply providing “documents” to individuals?
