Son of Syunik Governor, Wanted Since July 21, Surrenders to Police
According to SHAMSHYAN.com, on September 22, a 33-year-old resident of Goris, Karen Poghosyan, voluntarily presented himself at the Investigation Committee of Armenia's Department for Particularly Important Cases, which oversees investigations into crimes against individuals. He had been wanted by the Goris police since July 21 of this year.
K. Poghosyan is the son of Syunik Governor Melikshet Poghosyan and has been transferred from the Investigation Committee to the Ministry of Justice's 'Armavir' penitentiary.
