I Do Not Exclude That We Will Have the Same Situation as on the Goris-Kapan Road: Tatul Hakobyan on the Situation in Voskepar

Approximately 30 Russian soldiers have been stationed at an uninhabited house on the border between former Soviet Armenia and Soviet Azerbaijan. This was announced by journalist Tatul Hakobyan during a live broadcast on Facebook.

“One of the possible reasons for their arrival could be to facilitate the exchange of enclaves. If the Armenian authorities state that they are in favor of boundary demarcation and delimitation work, it means that an exchange of enclaves will occur in accordance with the disputed Soviet borders. I do not exclude that we will have the same situation as on the Goris-Kapan road. The Armenia-Georgia interstate road will pass through Azerbaijani territory,” he expressed his opinion.
