Tiran Khachatryan Appeals to Administrative Court to Annul Dismissal Order
Information has circulated on the internet stating that former Deputy Chief of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, Tiran Khachatryan, has filed an appeal with the administrative court requesting to annul the presidential order dismissing him from his position.
