During the War, the Army Was Hit from Behind: Seyran Ohanyan
The statement by the armed forces has no connection to a military coup. The leadership of the army has joined the call of the people, while the people see that after the defeat, a change of power is necessary. This was stated by former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan in an interview with "Factinfo", emphasizing that failures in state management led to the defeat.
“During the war, the army was hit from behind—the army was not reinforged, the entire nation was not mobilized. Today, the authorities are fully utilizing administrative resources to gather people in the streets of Yerevan, but they did not do any of this during the war,” said the former minister in our conversation.
