Roads in Artsakh Mostly Passable

The Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service reports that roads within the Republic are mostly passable. Snow removal works are being carried out in all interregional directions.

Along the Stepanakert-Shushi-Berdzor road segment, the companies 'Vahe Karapetyan' and 'Artsakhuyg' are working to make the road safer.

However, there is black ice in some places along the inter-state highway section connecting the Republic of Armenia, specifically on the Saravan-Sisian-Zanger route. The Tigranashen-Zangakatun sections are difficult to traverse. Snowfall is also recorded in the Syunik and Ararat regions.

The Emergency Situations State Service urges all drivers to organize traffic only when absolutely necessary during these days, using mandatory winter tires, in order to avoid unfortunate incidents and emergencies.
