Video: Large Amount of Drugs Discovered at the Home of a 50-Year-Old Resident of Artashat

The Police Department of Artashat received information that a 50-year-old resident of Stepanyan Street in Artashat was illegally storing and using drugs at home. This was reported by the Armenian Police.

On January 13, acting on operational data, criminal investigators discovered a polyethylene bag containing over 60 grams of dried, semi-ground, cannabis-like substance with a strong odor in the backyard of the suspect’s house.

According to the homeowner, the plant material is a drug that he harvested and prepared from wild cannabis plants for his personal use. An examination has been appointed, and investigations into the circumstances are ongoing.
