«The Church is neither HEC nor Multi Wellness to be nationalized and dispossessed» – Bishop Nathan

The Armenian Apostolic Church is not an ordinary organization; it is our only, historical, and continuously functioning entity, which will continue to operate and fulfill its mission regarding not only spiritual matters for the nation but also many other national issues. This statement was made by Bishop Nathan after the conclusion of the court session concerning the Supreme Patriarch and 6 bishops.

“The Church is neither HEC nor a Multi Wellness center that can be dispossessed in a Bolshevik manner, taken away and nationalized, with their administrator appointed. The Church is the soul of our nation; the body is the state, and the body is the people, while the soul is the Church. In other words, it is impossible to nationalize the Church in the Bolshevik sense,” the bishop stated.
