President Signs Decree on Dismissing Arsen Torosyan from Position of Minister of Health
President Armen Sarkissian has signed a decree dismissing Arsen Torosyan from the position of Minister of Health.
“Based on the Prime Minister's proposal and in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as Part 1 of Article 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government: Arsen Torosyan is dismissed from the position of Minister of Health,” the decree states.
In another decree, the President appointed Anahit Avanesyan as the new Minister of Health.
