Road Closures in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that there are closed roads in the territory of Armenia.

The roads leading to Amberd Fortress and Kari Lake in Aragatsotn Province are closed.

Regarding Lars, according to information received from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the crisis management center of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.

According to information from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, the decision to prohibit the entry of foreign nationals into Georgia remains in effect. However, this ban does not apply to freight transport.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
