Robert Kocharian Returns to Armenia
The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, returned to Armenia yesterday morning from the Russian Federation, where he had gone for a three-day visit. This was reported to ArmLur.am by the head of the second president's office, Viktor Soghomonyan. However, he did not provide any details regarding the president's visit or meetings, and it remains unclear whom he met and what issues were discussed.
It is worth noting that despite the expiry of the permit granted to him for leaving Armenia, the court provided another opportunity, allowing Kocharian to exit the country.
