Two Members of Yerevan Council's 'My Step' Faction Resign
Members of Yerevan Council's 'My Step' faction, Mesrop Papikyan and Hayk Tsirunyan, have resigned from their positions. Based on Article 20, Part 1, Clause 6 and Part 4 of the Law on Local Self-Governance in Yerevan, the council has decided to terminate the powers of Mesrop Papikyan, who was elected from the electoral list of the 'My Step' alliance in Yerevan.
Similarly, citing Article 20, Part 1, Clause 4 and Part 4 of the same law, the council has also decided to terminate the powers of Hayk Tsirunyan, also elected from the 'My Step' electoral list in Yerevan.
