Russian Aircraft to Land at Stepanakert Airport
In order to ensure humanitarian centers in Artsakh, Russian military transport aircraft may begin using Stepanakert Airport, which is set to commence operations during the first ten days of December. This information was reported by RIA Novosti, citing sources in local authorities.
The airport will accommodate Ан-12 and Ан-26 aircraft, as well as all types of helicopters. In the future, Ил-76 aircraft may also land there.
Until now, Russian aircraft have been landing at Erebuni Airport, from which humanitarian aid is transported to Artsakh.
