Russia Opens Second Military Hospital in Artsakh
A second Russian military hospital is being opened in Artsakh, which will operate in Martakert. This was announced by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Major General Igor Konashenkov.
According to Konashenkov, Russian peacekeepers, together with representatives of the ICRC, continue the work of detecting and exchanging bodies. He also stated that Russian peacekeepers are continuing to ensure the safe return of citizens to Artsakh. In just the last day, 1,479 people have returned, bringing the total number of returnees to more than 28,000.
