Connection Restored in Artsakh: Vahram Poghosyan

After nearly twenty-four hours of continuous work, the connection in Artsakh has finally been restored. The process was carried out with the direct assistance of Russian peacekeepers.

According to a statement made today by the President of the Republic, Armenian telecom operators will enter Artsakh at the beginning of the year and will provide services without roaming, at the same quality and price. This information was communicated by the spokesperson of the Artsakh President, Vahram Poghosyan.
