Arsen Torosyan Voluntarily Registered for Russian Vaccine Trials: Ministry of Health
According to the Ministry of Health, reports from the "Pasts" newspaper claiming that Arsen Torosyan has refused to purchase the Russian vaccine and has agreements with other organizations are not true.
"Torosyan has voluntarily registered for the trials of the Russian vaccine, and Armenia has no agreements for vaccine acquisition with any organization," the statement from the Ministry of Health reads.
