Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations Sends 3,000 Warm Blankets and 8 Tons of Construction Materials to Artsakh
The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has announced the delivery of another humanitarian aid shipment to Nagorno-Karabakh. The cargo includes more than 3,000 warm blankets and construction materials for the restoration of homes, with 8 tons delivered to Martuni. The shipment consists of 6.5 tons of metal profiles and over 1.2 tons of lumber.
The Russian Ministry of Defense also reported that employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations conducted safety classes in the renovated secondary school named after Onik Grigoryan in the village of Ivanian, located in the Askeran region.
Russian rescuers spoke with residents about fire safety measures and the rules for using gas appliances, while a medical specialist from the combined unit of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations conducted a first aid class.
