Cluster Munitions to Be Disabled in Stepanakert in Half an Hour; Stay Calm If You Hear an Explosion

The Emergency Situations Department of Artsakh informs that at around 15:00, cluster munitions fired from a "Smerch" multiple launch rocket system, discovered in the area, will be neutralized on Lazarov Street in Stepanakert.

“Please do not panic if you hear an explosion. The demining units of the state emergency service continue to clear Stepanakert and all settlements of explosive munitions and their remnants. For further details and clarifications, please contact the service’s crisis management center at the short emergency numbers: 911, 101, and 112,” the statement says.
