Free Buses to Stepanakert Will Not Depart on November 30
The operational headquarters of the Artsakh government and the Yerevan municipality have announced that the free buses traveling from Yerevan's "Kilikia" bus station to Stepanakert will not depart tomorrow, November 30, due to adverse weather conditions.
